The Region 4 Nonpoint Source Conference will offer a forum for state and EPA Region 4 representatives to discuss important issues regarding nonpoint source programs. These issues include the 2013 nonpoint source program guidance and its impacts, National Water Quality Initiative, new GRTS requirements, and other important topics affecting state programs.
