The Division of Compliance Assistance (DCA) is presenting an educational opportunity to offer guidance on annual compliance certifications (ACCs) and semiannual monitoring reports (SAMRs). The agenda is available here.
· The morning session of the workshop is designed to help attendees understand conditions detailed in the facility's permit, complete reporting forms and gain an understanding of calculations that may be required for reporting.
· The afternoon session is an open house that will allow attendees to sit down and talk one-on-one with DEP staff regarding questions about permit reporting.
Attendees should…
· Review the ACC and SAMR self-paced learning modules available at http://dca.ky.gov/Pages/ResourceDocuments.aspx.
· Bring a copy of the facility's air permit and any records pertaining to air reporting.
It is not required to attend both the morning and afternoon sessions. In order to ensure sufficient staffing, attendees will be asked to indicate a time preference for the open house.
