EPA’s Area Source Boiler Rule Deadlines Are Approaching
Do you have a non-gas fired boiler at your facility that burns biomass, oil or coal? If so, you may be subject to the Area Source Boiler Rule issued by the EPA.  There are several approaching deadlines of which you should be aware.  One as early as January 2014. Join the Kentucky Pollution Prevention Center, the Kentucky Division of Air Quality and the Kentucky Division of Compliance Assistance for a half-day workshop to find out how to stay in compliance and avoid fines.
